  1. Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be requested only on the same day of order placement. However, if the order has already been sent to the vendors/merchants for shipping, cancellation requests may not be processed.
  2. Perishable Items: Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items, such as flowers or food. However, refunds or replacements may be offered if the customer demonstrates that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. This request will be processed once the merchant confirms the issue.
  4. Product Mismatch: If the product received differs from the site description or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within the same day. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
  5. Warranty Issues: For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, please reach out directly to the manufacturer for assistance.
  6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed by GRPL within 3-4 business days.
