Refunds would be given in scenarios where the customer has made a genuine mistake unknowingly in attempting to book a product in the website.

All Refunds request shall be received by Gitz Retail in 3 day (72 hours) of the initiation of the transaction to enable processing of applicable refund to the account or instrument used to make payment.

All requests for refunds, as above, shall be sent by email and followed up by phone call at the Email address and telephone numbers as mentioned here in below:

Merchant Initiated refund

These refunds occur when merchant is unable to fulfil the order due to unavailability or any other reason.

Gitz Retail  would refund the monies less the PG fees to the user to the same account he/she has made the payment post information. In case they want a change in the mode of refund, it would be done via bank transfer on case by case basis only post verification of all details.

Customer Initiated refund

These refunds happen when a customer/devotee has changed his/her mind about booking of pooja or donation post order fulfilment.

In case of customer initiated refund, bank account details would be taken as soon as the customer/devotee has initiated the refund (by cancelling an order) in the website by informing through email or phone call.

 The discretion of refund would be on the of company officials.

By no means would cash or self cheque be provided.

Gitz Retail Return & Refund Policy

At GRPL , we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Certain items, such as clearance or personalized products, may be non-returnable.

Process for Returns:

  2. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of return confirmation.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
